Architectural Designer – full or part time,

5-8 years of experience in single family Residential design and commercial interiors.

Completion of an accredited B.Arch and or M.Arch program
Proficiency in Revit a must (we do not use AutoCAD :))
Proven experience to lead project from conceptual design to construction documents and construction administration
Proven Experience in preparation of Permit drawing sets, submittal and construction documents
Passion for modern design and materials
Proactive attitude – we do not find problems, we offer solutions!
Passion for detailing- from construction details to casework
Mobility a must
Proficiency in Photoshop, 3D max a plus
